Returns

• You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With tags still attached

  • In original packaging, if applicable

To start a return, please email us at hello@hudsonhaus.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: We currently do not offer free return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Final Sale Items

All sale items, jewelry, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
